Mark Sieckman

Mark Sieckman is presently the Communications Director for the South Carolina Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Alliance. He joined the Alliance in June 2006 and has been involved in the ground up branding of the organization and development of stakeholder outreach strategies.

Mr. Sieckman was born in Bloomington, Illinois and grew up in Greenwood, South Carolina. In 2006, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications. During his undergraduate career, Mr. Sieckman served as reporter, editor, copy editor and designer for the Carolina Reporter. In 2007, Mr. Sieckman received a number of collegiate awards from the South Carolina Press Association, including two First Place awards in the Arts and Entertainment and News Writing categories.

Mr. Sieckman resides in Columbia, South Carolina, where he is currently pursuing his Masters of Arts from the University of South Carolina.
